Step 1 (2nd Day)
Receive talented candidate's profiles within 48 hours. You keep receiving profiles every 24 hours next.
STEP 2 (3RD DAY)
Start interviewing candidates for initial screening over phone or Virtual Call or maybe meeting them personally if they are in your locality.
STEP 3.1 (4TH DAY)
Share your feedback on the initial screening. Feedback is important to know if there is a change required in sourcing plan or pattern or location. This improves the quality of CVs sourced next.
STEP 3.2 (4TH, 5TH & 6TH DAY)
You evaluate and interview more candidates to create the pipeline & also the backup candidates. Also, shortlisted candidates from initial screening should be moved to 2nd layer filtering / final interviews or moved to some practical test or screening.
STEP 4 (6TH OR 7TH DAY)
You let us know about the final candidates you wish to offer. We assist you in communicating and negotiating the offer. Generally, within one working day (sometimes two working days) this gets over. Tentative Date of joining is decided at this level. Further interviewing still goes ON to have back up candidates to be saved of any last moment back out surprises by candidates.
STEP 5 (8TH DAY)
Candidate accepts the offer & resigns from his/her current position. Based on the date of joining decided, we start the process of documentation for VISA formalities. You will share the Expatriate approval / Quota and other required formalities.
STEP 6 (9TH OR 10TH DAY)
In case the candidate does not accept the offer… The next pipeline/backup candidates are offered as per your instruction and move further with his VISA arrangement.
